For nearly 13 years, I have practiced as a sole practitioner, because I am committed to the defense of people accused of criminal conduct. I believe everyone so accused has a right to a zealous defense, and I don't want partners telling me who I can and can't defend.
I am pleased that in recent years, I have become very busy, largely due to referrals of new clients by satisfied clients and other lawyers who recognize my commitment to achieving my clients' goals.
Staff Additions
In January, 2008, the firm relocated to a beautiful 1800's Olathe house. This move allowed me to add two equally dedicated staffmembers to assist me in producing the best defense possible to my clients. Associate Attorney Chad E.
